What specific food items are rich in this substance? The article doesn't seem to mention it.

Red Palm oil. However, Wheat Germ oil also has it. Personally, I can't stand the taste of Red Palm oil (I also gag at Alpha-Linolenic Acid, but that's not the point). Personally, I take Swanson's Healthy Cholesterol Support Formula because it has almost everything in it. Of course, it is no substitute for going to the gym, which I hate.
