It’s too bad that the generation you grew up in no longer exists.People had morals back then (or at least many did),and kids listened to their parents. I was born in ‘76 but I was brought up the old-fashioned way.Oh,and whatever happened to waiting ‘til marriage to have kids?
Born in 1954, and what a life we had. The contrast is so extreme that we are truly comparing two different nations, the one we had and the we dread and detest today.
I am glad you were raised well and for that you will always pray Thank You God and bless your parents.
I “kneejerk” right politically—too old not to—but I truly do understand we are so far beyond politics, this is judgment, this is spiritual warfare between light and darkness and straddling the fence will no longer be an option for any of us.
People will have to choose. Elections and committees, new parties etc, will be of no effect. I hate that, but I fear and love God more than I hate what has happened to my nation.
My grandparents, especially my grandfather, taught me to be responsible, honest and to show others respect.I’m very lucky that I have both sets of grandparents who are still alive.I’m scared of where this nation is going, too.I’m 33 and I’ve never been into partying, unlike many people in my age group. What’s the point of getting wasted?
