We think it’s a peeping tom. I heard something a few nights ago and dismissed it as dog or animal outside.
My son heard it last night and saw a human figure moving outside.
The next door neighbor, my son and I have a plan of action to nab the creep if we hear him again. (leaves are not raked, and he/she/it makes noise when creeping around)
