I am still waiting for one of the Premiums (HBO, Showtime) to pick up “The Gunslinger / Dark Tower”.

The end of that series turned me on S. King. Was never a BIG fan but that just pissed me off after slogging through all the previous installments. You're right tho', that is a good opening line.
