Yep ... many is the time I’ve gandered about 50 yards away and thought “if I could just throw some fire over there”.

I am one of the last persons to get to fire a flame thrower during AIT training at Fort Polk in 1974.

That thing has more recoil than you would believe. Like trying to hold onto a big water hose. But it was very fun.

What’s more is that they are perfectly legal. Folks that deal with bees use them all the time. You can even make your own.
