Weeeeeell It all depends. If Former Lynn Mayor Edward J. “Chip” Clancy is a Republican, I am sure that a serious crime has been commited and there should be an investigation and prosecution. However if Former Lynn Mayor Edward J. “Chip” Clancy is a Democrat, I am sure Mayor Kennedy is making a mountain out of a mole hill and this is just a misunderstanding and can be cleared up with a single phone call.

But of course Mr Clancy is a donkey so it will be seen as a minor blip...
I saw some of the comments on the Lynn Item article and judging by how Clancy was viewed it was amazing he lost by only 27 votes!
