Any member of the Homebrewers Ping List live in Texas that would like to trade brew for beef?

Given the size of the state of Texas, with my living in the Albuquerque, NM, area, I may be closer than other actual Texas residents.

Can you ship beer?

I have a Kolsch that I need to bottle today and it should be ready in two weeks.
