I don’t know, but “Cat on A Hot Tin Roof” has always been a favorite.
“Can you smell it Sister Girl?”
“Smell what Big Daddy?”
“Mendacity! You smell it in this room!”
“Why Big Daddy, I don’t even know what that is?!”
Although I must admit catching the Lord of the Rings Trilogy over the New Year Holiday was a treat.

I’ll never swim neck deep again.
Even knee deep gives me the shivers.

There are about twenty films on this list that are right in my wheelhouse time wise and I've never heard of them. I'm guessing the author is an art school snob. If nobody watched it and nobody ever heard of it outside Greenwich Village I’m not sure how good it could really be.

Amen! I was looking for the first to mention Airplane! And may I add, Young Frankenstein!
To: OKSooner
"Alien" is missing from the list, too. One of the best horror movies of all time.

Monsters Inc. - the greatest movie ever “made”.
Galaxy Quest - greatest “homage”.

Oh, and if the author is going to be an artsy snob he should include some foreign films like Das Boot and Life is Beautiful.

They need to break them out in categories!
But I love Monster’s Inc!
