i don’t apologize to trolls.

Show us the insulting comments to Windows users from Mac users in Windows threads on FreeRepublic that you claim justifies your boorish behavior. It should be easy. You asserted it was. Do it. You are the one slinging insults in the Mac threads. So it's up to you to prove your claim. Since you haven't we much make the conclusion you were lying.

I’d say the troll moniker is more appropriate to someone who has an apparent irrational hatred of products from a specific company and constantly taunts and moves goalposts when faced with the facts in opposition to his statements.

You’re right, that applies to star and sword pretty closely.

I noticed what you posted on that same thread. You’re no better than them.

I was thinking of someone else's comments on recent Mac threads.

I noticed what you posted on that same thread. You’re no better than them.

I AM a Windows developer! If you don't believe me, feel free to go way back and see all my comments about programming in .NET (especially the differences between the 1.1 framework and higher), c# (love it) and VB (hate it).

If anybody here had a right to be mad about those comments, it's me.

I’ve tried being civil to those lowlifes. they want nothing more than to sit in a circle and love each other. telling each other how great they are while bashing windows.

as far as i know the only threads that ban an alternate view are the devotional threads.

Al Gore is on the companies board. Why would a conservative want to support Al Gore?

What goal post have I moved... I've been consistent. Show us the Mac users insulting Windows users on Windows threads YOU claim are easy to find. YOU FAIL TO DO IT... I also specifically asked you to show ME being insulting to a Windows user on a Windows thread. YOU HAVEN'T DONE it... but you continually insult me and other Mac users on Mac threads.

You act like a troll, you speak like a troll, you insult fellow freepers on MAc threads like a troll. You fail to meet factual challenges like a troll. You meet the definition of a troll. That makes you the troll.

Why would a conservative want to support the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation that supports free access to abortions around the world?

You were saying ...

I’d say the troll moniker is more appropriate to someone who has an apparent irrational hatred of products from a specific company and constantly taunts and moves goalposts when faced with the facts in opposition to his statements.

But, typical of those of the Window Delusion Syndrome... LOL...

It's like I was saying before, up above, just because many are leaving the Windows world and their untenable morass of poorly operating software -- and they become overjoyed at the sheer pleasure of having and operating a Macintosh and discover Apple's other outstanding products -- and -- that is cause enough for some of those who are still stuck in the Windows morass to come on over and see if they can "rain on the their parade"... (more like pee on their parade, I would say, like my dogs do... LOL...).

Now, a while back, here on Free Republic, there were some people complaining about others posting to them that they didn't like, and complained to the moderator. But, he said that we don't have a "bozo filter" here in FReeperland, so we just have to put up with the bozos and be a "real FReeper"...

So, while some come in and like to "pee on the parade" of Apple/Macintosh users and how they enjoy their products so much more than the Windows morass that they had been stuck in for years -- we'll just recognize the "bozos" for who they are and know that they are like those unethical Windows developers who make those over 100,000 Windows viruses for the Windows non-operating system... LOL...

That's about all you can say for the bozos....

And yes, the Admin Moderator did refer to them as "bozos"... (too bad we don't have bozo filters here and then we wouldn't be listening to some of these "pee on your parade" Windows bozos... :-)

Of course, the real big problem here, with this kind of idea and especially as you see others trying to "apply it" to Apple and their products -- is -- that you've got liberals and conservatives working inside just about every company that exists in this country. They're all mixed in. In fact, they're "all mixed in" everywhere you go. Walk down the sidewalk, they're mixed in. Shop at the store, they're mixed in the customers and the workers. Go to the movies, they're mixed in there. Look at Congress, they're mixed in there. Look on the Internet, they're mixed in all over the place. Look at the news, they're mixed in there [but there does seem to be a higher percentage of liberals spouting off on the news...). And lastly, look at your own extended and wider family group -- they're definitely all mixed in there... LOL...

Now, I'm not talking about Political Action Committees organized specifically for some kind of political idealogy here, but about companies that either provide services or make some kind of product that people buy all over this country.

And even what I absolutely hate to see happening is happening with a whole bunch of American companies and that's they they get products from China (who is an enemy of ours) and sell their products over here, in this country. But, the fact of the matter is that all people (either conservative or liberal) simply don't care and buy up all those products anyway.

Without some kind of radical and major change to the laws and the thinking of our country -- I see no way to have "conservative companies" and "liberal companies" where we, as the buying public can choose which one we want to buy from.

But, the problem is -- even if we did have that, here in our country, it wouldn't make any difference because people buy products for what those products do for them -- and not for the politics of the various and individual workers, inside that company.

And even when people know absolutely that a product is coming from an Communist/enemy country -- like China is -- people buy their products like crazy, just because they cost a whole lot less -- which is a combination of the companies (here in the U.S.) that are selling the products make a lot of money and the people buying the products save a whole lot of money. And it seems to me, that this is the very definition of a capitalist system and free enterprise, where the people "vote" (so to speak) with their purchasing of products, and companies make products for less, sell more, consumers buy more -- and everyone goes home all "hunky-dory" in the process... LOL...

It would seem to me that "consumerism and business" take a higher priority for all consumers and businesses than the political idealogies of the various workers inside the various business... :-)

Sorry... for all o' y'all... but thems the facts of the matter...

Typically, though, it's always the bozos and trolls who first bring up this kind of "rationale" for "peeing on the parade" of someone else... LOL...

And in this case, we see the example of one big bozo, doing a whole lot of peeing around here...

[ I guess no one ever house-broke that bozo dog, but some animals you just can't do anything about... LOL...]

You just gotta call a troll for being the troll that he is, and that's just the way it is.

And yes, just like I said earlier (and what the Admin Moderator referred to) -- it's too bad we can't filter out bozos.

But, really, I personally don't need a bozo filter to filter out the kinds of trolls that come into the Macintosh threads and like to "pee on the parade" of those previous Windows users who got out of the morass they were stuck in, when they moved over to Macintosh.

These kinds of trolls exhibit the same kind of mentality that is employed by all those unethical Windows developers who develop all those over 100,000 Windows viruses. I think it goes hand-in-hand, for the kind of mentality that is developed over in the Windows world. It seems to go together with Windows users and Windows developers, I would say.

And no one can dispute that there are many, many times more unethical Windows developers -- or else they wouldn't have all those over 100,000 Windows viruses... LOL... (they didn't "develop" themselves, doncha know...).

I mean, it's sort of embarassing having to point out all those unethical Windows developers to a Windows user -- because it's sort of like pointing out to someone that they are engaging in incest or something like that -- you would hope they would figure it out for themselves and quit being involved in such despicable and unethical things...

BUT it's apparent that there is some sort of "mentality" going on there, in the Windows world that seems to revel and support these kinds of unethical behaviors of Windows developers (as evidence by how many have been developing their viruses for their platform) -- when these "bozos" support the Windows world and "pee on the parade" of the Macintosh users who can barely find one or two viruses out there on the Mac OS X platform... LOL...

You admitted to posting just to stir up trouble.

You stated on multiple occasions that you consider windows people to be unethical and unsavory.

People like you are why I won’t support Apple products.

I've got all the proof in the world that there are unsavory and unethical Windows developers out there ...

It's called the over 100,000 Windows viruses that didn't just pop up by themselves but were developed by Windows developers... :-)

Just because you want to stick your head in the sand about the facts of the matter is not my problem...

Yes, indeed, it's obvious that the Windows world is infested by some definitely unsavory and unethical people -- unless you believe in the "spontaneous generation" of Windows viruses... LOL...

Well, I'm glad I do my little part, then -- and save the Macintosh people from suffering under some unsavory and unethical people, coming over to the Macintosh world... LOL...

[ you've already demonstrated your unsavory and unethical methods on this thread... thank you... :-) ...]
