Cowher hands over one of the toughest, “hit-em-in-the-mouth” franchises in NFL history and Dan Rooney’s affirmative action coach turns the Steelers into a PASSING team, chalking up losses to such NFL powerhouses as the Bears, Chiefs, Raiders and Browns.
