” BTW, I hope this guy is putting on an act with the way he talks and particularly what he says about his son.”

It’s all an act.

Read the review of the reviewer in Post # 34.

P.S. Watch his Star Trek reviews too.

the most anticipated special-effects movie since Phantom Menace, Avatar, is drawing adulation this month for its visual feats—and simultaneous revulsion because of its weak story.

How true. Dances With Wolves with blue Indians.

The site is all about film. It's a film blog. Reviews, interviews, news etc. It was listed by Time as one of the top 25 blogs of 2009. And the slash, is a slash, as in forward slash: /film.

I love the way he says prota-gon-nora-ist and then mispronounces protagonist a few different ways right afterwards. Funny stuff.

“my kids, ages 8 and 10, think the newer SW films are the best”

My kids, 8 and 11, love the first two pre-quels. (They haven’t seen the third one.) I think they are embarrassingly bad. I tolerate the whole thing because the kids read the books that are inspired by the movies. The juvenile literature that goes into further adventures and back-stories of the minor characters has something to offer, I think. We’ve read a couple of those out loud on long car trips.

Awesome :)
Time better spent than watching the actual movie.
Should be a must-watch for anyone in the movie industry.
Thanks for sharing.

Just watched all the parts. This guy's smegging amazing. He hit all the right parts, plot, character, the whole ball of wax. The part with the different people trying to describe the nothing characers in PM was priceless. This should be standard viewing for anyone in film school, so that they don't go out and make the same mistakes and inflict their drivel on the rest of us.

"My favorite Darth Vader line: 'You have failed me for the last time'."

"I find your lack of faith disturbing."

LOL that bit was priceless, worth the 70 minutes just to see that, even if the rest hadn't been hilarious.

In fact, I think I need to find that bit again to get a screen-cap and make a LOLOBAMA picture.

Ha ha, that was pretty funny. But, who can forget the look on "Admiral" Piett's face when the Millenium Falcon went into hyperspace?

He thought he was toaste.
