Jimmy Dean’s sausage has such a little bit of grease in it and if you get a cheaper one with lots of fat to render out, its about the same, price wise.

I made sausage gravy yesterday morning, so the leftover went into a container for fridge and I heated it this morning and warmed the left over biscuits over and it was as good as new.

Thanks about the baking soda. Another question, does that good hot sausage give the beans a little kick? Sounds wonderful!

Yeah, I know JD’s is better. :) I’ve got such a crowd to feed, and Jamestown is nearly as good, about half the price.

The hot sausage gives the beans a NICE kick. Not miserable, just really nice. :)
