Some good friends of mine saw it, and the wife said it got off to a slow start, but she got ‘into’ the storyline about half way through. But - she said her husband just LOVED every second of it!
Will I go see it? No. (It’s not my idea of a ‘fun’ way to spend my money. Now, put me in a grocery store with major sales - and I’m in heaven!)
I think the last movie that I went to a theater to see was Jurassic Park so it’s been a few years.
I won’t go see Avatar on the big screen either so unless they can do 3D on TV, I won’t see it in 3D. Just as well since one of my eyes is not too good so neither the polarized light or two color 3D works very well for me. I liked 3D back when “Fort Ti” and movies like that were in 3D back in the 50s.
