Grant, I wonder if you are a football fan? Just because, if so, I hope you're demanding to the team ownership that the whole team should be put to death immediately. After all, a literal reading of the Bible does tell us that anyone who works on Sunday should be killed, right? And you've apparently linked belief in Christ with blindly following everything in the Bible.

The problem is the good people are outnumbered by the bad by about 5 to 1. (just look at the current president) And without a god to add some weight to the good side... well,, I'm glad I have no offspring.
God allows such things to happen to test the faith of us all.
No offense, but that doesn't make sense. God allows the kidnapping, the torture and killing of children to test MY faith? How are such attrocities going to bring me closer to Him if I'm still struggling to find such faith to begin with?
LOL You have been here two weeks and you know everything.
Well said,,, you make my point.
I have to go now, I have to go to work tomorrow.
In regards to the millions of innocent victims of abortion, you seem to think it is unjust of God to allow them to die.
But God allows many people to die, every day. Some are aborted, some murdered in other ways. Some die in terrible accidents they aren’t at fault for, in wars they didn’t start, from terrible diseases they didn’t ask for or apparently deserve.
Because in Adam’s fall, we sinned all. And we are all condemned to death. And we all die, at one point or another.
Sometimes, in regards to a specific person who dies as recorded in the Bible, He says why. But He doesn’t make a blanket statement about the rest of us.
Your presumption seems to be that God owes us something. Life, or protection, or something. God doesn’t owe us anything.
In His mercy, he offers us eternal life. He didn’t have to do that, but He did.
As Job said, “If He takes away, who can hinder Him? Who can say to Him, ‘What are You doing?’” (Job 9:12)
As Luke tells us,
“There were present at that season some who told Him about the Galileans whose blood Pilate had mingled with their sacrifices. And Jesus answered and said to them,
“’Do you suppose that these Galileans were worse sinners than all other Galileans, because they suffered such things? I tell you, no; but unless you repent you will all likewise perish.
Or those eighteen on whom the tower in Siloam fell and killed them, do you think that they were worse sinners than all other men who dwelt in Jerusalem? I tell you, no; but unless you repent you will all likewise perish.’” (Luke 13:1-5)
So in Adam all die; in Christ all are made alive.
Are you returning to the Land of Jibberish?
Sounds to me like he’s doing pretty good.
And yes, they are owed protection.

My God the irony!
"NO profanity, , NO racism or violence in posts."
Good is innately stronger than evil, exponentially so.
Very relevant use of words in bold.
If you were using Firefox, it would also be blinking in a most irritating fashion.
You stopped speaking jibberish just long enough to put forth the word “twit”?
Oh swell.
“Suggestion: Read the Bible from Genesis to Revelation in order to get in on the thought patterns of such posts as this one”
I was referring to his quote above. What moron would argu like that?
_____________
“Evidently you dont have a personal relationship with the Savior of the Bible or you would get the upshot of this article.”
Suggestion for you: Stop making snap judgments.
“blinking in a most irritating fashion” evokes the posts of the jibberish guy
:o)
They are owed protection by us. Not from God.
But if you think He owes anybody anything, I guess you have to take it up with Him.
You may find that you are in His debt rather than the other way around.
Good points.
I’m a nice guy, I’ll go buy a copy of the “English to Inane Jibberish” dictionary tomorrow.
In case the same dude keeps posting.
