Have to laugh at that one....someone else remembers old mohair Sam...I was raising Angora Goats and know all the record keeping that went on for the mohair subsidy.. It included the SS# of each buyer and their signature and this was for just a pound sale.....good old Sam said the government just sent the money.......he was a laughing stock to all Angora Goat herders....But it sounded good to the rest of the people..
