1 lb your favorite ground sausage
1LB Velveeta cheese
8oz Rotel
Favorite dipping chip

Brown sausage, drain set aside. Melt cheese on low heat, stir in sausage and Rotel. Simmer for about 20 min.

So easy even a gov_bean_ counter can do it.

This is also good made with chorizo instead of regular sausage. I use Chihuahua cheese.

Sausage Cheese Balls

1 pound Jimmy Dean sausage (hot) 1 1/2 pound even better
3 cups Bisquick
1 1/2 cups grated xtra sharp cheddar
1/2 cup Texas Pete or to taste
12 oz beer

Knead then spoon onto pizza pan like drop biscuits, bake at 350 degress till done. Dough is best if made ahead of game day.
