"I expect I (beyond my own failings) will stand there on that happy day alongside the Roman and Orthodox churches. "

I have no doubt about it, nor about how you'll all be crossing yourselves right to left and chanting the Cherubic Hymn amid great clouds of incense...with you, s, swinging a theemeeatoe with twelve bells on it!! :)

Pat and I will try to cover for you guys, though Tex-Mex would be better than Albanian or Turkish. No guarantees. Maybe you could try to sound like Serbs?

LOL.

What a day; my stomach has been in knots all day long. It began with the discovery that my Thursday meeting that before I went on vacation was moved to Wednesday was last week moved back to Thursday. That meant I could go after all and the fares were good... but I fear I may be suffering a relapse (symptoms of same showed up, but it could have just been stress) so I decided not to go anyway. (Learned that a number of other folks here were sick with the same symptoms.)

Then a long series of teleconferences that lasted until 1 PM (I usually have lunch at 11, so I was fading). Tomorrow I have visitors from around the world, but at least I have things pretty much set up for the meeting now. Stomach is beginning to unwind.
