1) Using the non-existing crisis to raise US debt more than the previous 42 presidents combined - the stimulus packages. This is like Alex Rodriguez hitting 43,000 home runs next yearTo be sure, he cheated a bit by combining several outrages into one. And he left out one the most recent outrages: granting extralegal status to Interpol, and completely left out things like the NYC flyover which sent tens of thousands fleeing from their offices. But still a list worthy of consideration!2) Treason - Joining the new Nazi party of lunatic Global Warming crazies in a coordinated attack on the US economy and starvation of millions of Third Worlders (at least those not fortunate enough to cram portions of our 100 billion payouts into various Swiss accounts).
3) Treason - The Rosenbergs got hung for less.... enacting marxism through socializing health care, private company takeovers, and salary/bonus dictates.
4) Treason - Anti-terrorist leadership..... Closing Guantanamo, prosecuting 9/11 honchos in criminal court in NY, prosecuting Navy Seals and threatening CIA heroes, calling saving US lives "torture", calling Fort Hood and Underwear terrorists "isolated crazies"
5) Treason - Siding with the enemy [in] .... Israel, Honduras, Columbia, Britain, meeting with members of CPUSA (Reid, Pelosi, Schumer, et al)
6) Bushbashing - no recent president has lacked so much class in blaming his previous administration. Joe Girardi didn't bad mouth Joe Torre.
7) Treason - Iran and the bomb. Has allowed Iran what is now a fait accompli and won't even side with a vigorous uprising that might succeed if backed and armed by the US.
8) On a fast track to terminate opposition such as talk radio and Fox News.
9) Has appointed a two page list of criminals to his administration (ie - Hillary Clinton, Geitner, etc.)
10) Usurped the office of the Presidency
11-500 Awaiting an "Expanded list request"
Nominations close at midnight Thursday. A big extravaganza show is planned for mid-February to announce the determination of the judges.

How about a MONTHLY Top 10 Outrages?
That would make it a bit easier to choose, but would probably STILL mean leaving out some genuinely outrageous outrages.
Lets not forget the newest....granting immunity to Interpol ... by Executive Order. Oh, and the first Executive Order he signed to make certain none of his records would be released. Oh, and he’s never really released his proof of natural born status that qualifies him for the job. Nancy Pelosi probably got paid off somehow....
I did mention that at #43. I think it's interesting that no one has so far mentioned the Latina Sotomayor.
