Well, my Dad has a Marline Model 60. Tube Magazine, has 18 rounds in it, one up the pipe.
My 86 year Dad has one in Detroit. No one bugs him.
I have a S&W .357, might be too much for you.
ye olde marlin 60 is a fine little rifle.
other than the barrel, I only cleaned mine once in 25 years and it just kept shooting!
