I don’t think she can take the children out of the country without a court order.

If she hasn’t filed yet and if Tiger doesn’t try to stop her, I believe she could.

Not necessarily so. Depends on what was granted IF paper work has been filed. If divorce paper work has not been filed then she can take them anywhere she wants. If it has been filed AND if there was a stay away order granted ( and that can be done ex partee and sealed) then she could still leave
If he signs for them to, she can.
I think you’re right. Isn’t that a felony?
Sure she can. In fact, it's only a court order that can prevent her from doing so. Since neither she nor Tiger has filed for divorce or legal seperation, such an order seems unlikely.
That's not true. She is free to take those children anywhere she pleases. Tiger could attempt to get a court order to prevent her, (I doubt he would be successful).
This is still America. We do not 'yet' need government permission to travel abroad.
Why not if they don't have a court action going that would preclude a parent from traveling with their children?
That’s like saying a wife can’t take the kids on a vacation. Court orders are after a divorce... or while one is going on. Right now - under the law - they’re a married couple and she’s taking the kids to see family...
No, a parent can take a child anywhere so long as there isn’t a court order preventing them from doing so, and it doesn’t appear that any judge has thus far issued such an order.
I think that’s why Family and Child Protective Services went to the house last week, to prevent her from taking the children out of country.
I wonder if she’s moving to CA.
Is that one of those new Homeland Security regulations?
