A+++ it’s pretty depressing. xshub and i actually penned a fairly overtly political christmas letter this year, it went out in our cards yesterday. i had tried several times to get a half decent letter going, finally i left it for xshub to edit, saying, I know it’s depressing sounding but i can’t seem to do much better. So he edited it and made it MORE gloom and doomish, and it went out like that, LOL!
It's the most uplifting time of the year.

All the Christmas letters I got from friends were doomish/gloomish, too, even the one from a friend who is always chirpy and dripping Karo syrup. All in all, it has made me just want to sit in the middle of the kitchen floor and have a good howl with Husky girl-but that might alarm the neighbors. I pray fervently that next year is better for all of us.
