That’s correct. One of the national groups is already planning a suit. Can’t remember which one, off hand. They’ll be looking for an injured client - someone with ‘standing’ to take before a court. It’ll be a long process, but hopefully most of the legislation can be stayed while the courts get into the act.

I wish I could say I have faith in SCOTUS to overturn this, but I don’t.

Constitutionality?!?! What does that have to do with anything in the Obamanation? They control the congress, the alphabet agencies, and most of the court. They wipe their butts with the Constitution.
