Wow - I used to live right off 110 right where West St. Paul and Inver Grove Heights’ city limits lines are (which is roughly 1 mile from the Cub Foods that I shopped at, presumably the same one of this story). That was about 10 years ago, but it’s still weird to know exactly where this story happened and what the area looks like from memory...
I’m glad no one got hurt and that the citizen called 911 on her...
Too bad someone didn’t think to call someone and stop that mother in New York a few months ago that drove drunk and killed all but one child in her car as well as everyone in the car she hit... last I heard her husband was in denial his wife could have been as drunk as tests showed... driving drunk is horrible, with children unconscionable.
There was a guy in Juneau years ago with a .47 - he was floating face down in the harbor at the time.
I saw a guy drink nearly a quart of alcohol and run through a sliding glass door and straight off a two story balcony...and only took a few stitches.
Alcohol is one mean dangerous drug.
And this woman managed to drive to the grocery store? You don’t develop that type of tolerance over night.
