On one show “Bobbie” was saying that she wanted to prohibit fat people from living in her gated community because they bring down property values.

Yes, that the name. There were several of those bits that I thought were funny. I was never sure if she was a black woman or not.
Her attitude reflected quite a few of my condo-community where I lived.
Just to "p-o" them I would refer to it as a 'compound' and a 'walled enclosure'...they hated that...heh heh heh.
