You, sir, are anonymous and therefore we have no idea about your credentials (other than attempting to boil reality down into a liberal/conservative distinction).
It would exceedingly wise, then, to completely ignore your opining, and get an opinion from someone who is not an anonymous poster on an internet forum.

The video of the law professor is not anonymous and the law enforcement investigator, who agrees, is not anonymous... :-) And they're both commenting professionally, from their own fields of work.
Oh..., and the Bill of Rights is not "anonymous" either... LOL...
