No I wasn’t kidding. I had no idea who was being talked about. As for his being an author. Seems like he just writes trashy fiction, of a quaility similar to Barbara Cartland. Not worth reading.
He normally writes horror but has some gems out there. The Shawshank Redemption is based on one of his books, so was Stand By Me.
