If it's something you use just for FR how about booting from the Windows CD and reformat/reinstall? For future ref, you could download virtual machine software (i.e. Virtual PC) and install the o/s in a vm to surf from there. Backup the vm files after creation and if you get infected again just delete the infected vm files and recover your backups. Takes minutes, if that.
