Not sure what to tell you to look for if you can't get the BIOS screen up...guess see if the fan on the heatsink is turning,..

You got that spot on. After having put it on a bench I can assure you there is a bunch of cat hair in there. The fan’s been running all along. Had one freeze up on me once and never again.
