I have no problem with a school banning junk food being sold in the schools, we never had candy machines, etc. in my schools. Yes, there was a black market of sorts, but this kid was already caught once so he SHOULD be suspended. And the father selling this junk illegally (he said he was caught once) in a van outside the school? Try doing that at an American school and see how far you get.

Problem is, the kid wasn’t selling it in the school. Since when does a school have the right to control or prohibit perfectly legal free enterprise off school grounds ??

Nannyism. I oppose it whether it is good or bad. Junk food isn’t regulated at all at my kids private school, and yet it isn’t a problem. Hmmmm....

Probably about as far as the lady in the apartment building a half block from school that is selling weed. Roach Coach drivers routinely add high schools to their routes and have been for the past decade.
