Why would Soros “unlock” 100 billion for something that doesn’t exist?

First, the hundred billion isn’t his. And secondly, there is a lot more than that in play.

The hundred billion, that he isn’t going to pay for, will be used to buy third world votes which he will use to overcome national sovereignty in the industrialized world.

If you had the chance to buy control of the world for a hundred billion, and you could leverage the deal using money belonging to the countries you are buying, and you were the antichrist, wouldn’t you?

If the heads of those third world countries get the money, they will just keep it, waste it like they always do.

What Soros is saying is devious as usual. He is saying citizens are balking at the money poor nations want for global warming. He says IMF has 200 billion just sitting there and it can be used. IMF funding is to be repaid when countries dip into the funding.

Soros is placating saying nothing comes out of our pockets if done this way. What will happen is Obama will fund IMF like he did earlier this year without senate approval. It will be a back door to redistribution of America’s wealth.Once 100 billion is used..ooopsy,IMF is empty. Poor countries need help.

SEIU said under Obama the largest redistribution of wealth ever had occured in his first 4 months.
