Tiger Woods has been making headlines for the past several days, not for his golf prowess, but for his alleged affairs. Donald Trump has a lot to say in regard to the scandal, but ultimately doesn't think any real backlash will occur.
Trump told Extra: Tigers a great athlete one of the greatest athletes in the world. Hes had a very interesting and traumatic couple of weeks [but] hes a wonderful guy. He adds: "Tiger is going to be hotter than ever before mark my words. He is a really talented person, and a really good person.
When asked if he believed the scandal may affect his endorsements, Trump says: "It may affect his endorsements a little bit, but it is a little like Kobe. Nobody remembers the Kobe incident anymore. I think what is important for Tiger, is to get back on the course and start winning tournaments - and he'll do that. He is just the best golfer."

OH yeah, the Kobe incident! I remember now.
They had to carry his mother-inlaw out, on a stretcher!
Trump is full of it. What, does he think OJ’s really not that bad, and a great football player too?
In which the hugely over-rated Donald Trump exposes his warped priorities and exposes himself for the trivial front-runner that he is.
Trump owns a lot of golf courses so he needs to fawn over the steroid boy and pimp daddy.
Yeah, that is why Tiger is rumored to be talking about moving out of country......
Best golfer? This year Phil beat his a*s at Doral, the MAsters, U.S. Open and Shanghai.
Tiger missed the cut at the British Open so he was beaten by a 16 year old amateur from Italy. The young man never threw a club or swore like you know who did. He was a perfect gentleman and played with Watson during at least one round.
Tiger is NOT a good person.
If Tiger doesn’t struggle mightily in his return to play, then he’s a sociopath. No one who isn’t psychologically disturbed can cause that much pain and public embarrassment to the mother of their children, and not be adversely affected by it.
anybody famous or rich is a good person to others who are famous and rich. Donald has been bankrupt as many times as he has been married. He is a “great” person. Its all in the yardstick they use to measure each other.......
I don’t share Trump’s expectations for a happy ending or soft landing. It would not surprise me one bit to read of a fatal overdose.
Trump has a point. If he starts winning tournaments, keeps a low profile and pretends nothing ever happened - after apologizing profusely to his wife of course, the memory of this will begin to fade. Three years later it will be a footnote in his career.
Yeah, and Kobe’s image was not squeaky clean like Tiger’s. When Kobe’s problem came up, I was not surprised.
Geez...you really think that? Who are you thinking will administer the fatal dose?
Trump knows what he’s talking about. I predict he’ll be joking about this to the press within two years.
“Yeah, well I tried marriage but . . . “ (Press corps laughs)
He sheds the family thing, sheds the kids, gets back to golf and getting his freak on. He’s set.
I watched Kobe make that last-second three-pointer the other night and thought, "I wonder what happened to that gold digger that took his money?"
I didn’t know that. I thought Kobe had a pretty decent reputation before that whole “rape bidness”.
Uh oh, is this the kiss of death?
Unless another big story in the sports world or somewhere takes hold soon, Tiger’s downward spiral will continue to be one of the fastest ever.
