.......granted she was in the right but I dont undersatnd why she didnt ask who he was and what he wanted and to take off or be killed/shot while on the horn to 911;then If no responce sit back and do as she did and blolw him away.....with all that time on the phone I think she couldah done that much..she new he was drunk and at the wrong house he may have said woops and left and they could have snaged him leaving
Trust me, in a stressful situation, it is often hard to think straight.
Also, going to the door and talking to the man could have provoked an attack. She could have been hoping that after a couple of min the guy would have just left and tried a different house.
Giving him a warning gives him a chance to shoot first.
