Sure look like Amsterdam to me... well, like pictures I’ve seen of Amsterdam....
Lots of red in the picture. Must be used to signal if “business” is open or closed. Even a small red light bulb in the light at the right of the door. Obviously, this is a “red light” district somewhere.
