You’re wrong on both counts, I told you I’ve done all kinds of weightlifting and of course I added muscle, it would be hard not to, but that doesn’t stop you.

Also, there are better methods than high rep squats to add muscle. Are you telling me you followed that POS guide that you posted and drank a gallon of milk every day and did high rep squats and gained 30 pounds of muscle in 8 weeks? HINT: That stupid guide that you googled is NOT the best way to add muscle mass.

Dr. Strossen, is widely respected, and runs Ironmind and publishes MILO, probably the most respected weightlifting journal out there. I used a high squat routine to put on 30lbs, which you can as well.
