Reports show Orange County firefighters responded to a medical call at Tiger Woods' Isleworth mansion this morning and transported a woman to the hospital.Orange County Fire Rescue spokeswoman Genevieve Latham said firefighters responded to a home in the 6300 block of Deacon Circle at 2:36 a.m. The exact address of the call is listed as Tiger Woods' home, according to Orange County property records.
Initially reports showed rescue crews did not transport anyone from the home, but Latham later countered that report and explained the information regarding that call had been incorrectly entered into their system.
"The command center made an error," Latham said. "The information was put in backward. Rescue crews did transport a patient to the hospital."
Rescue crews took the patient to Health Central Hospital in Ocoee. That is the same hospital that had treated Woods after he crashed his black Cadillac Escalade outside his house on Nov. 27.
Latham did not disclose the identity of the woman.
Video footage taken at the hospital show a black Cadillac Escalade, similar to the vehicle Woods had crashed outside his home, appeared at Health Central Hospital shortly after the 911 call to Woods' home, a report on WFTV.com shows.
The video footage from that news site shows the vehicle's tag is similar to the one on Woods' car, as reported in the Florida Highway Patrol's crash report.
The news site described the driver as a blonde woman.
Thanks for that. I just checked a few minutes ago and there was no update. Just goes to show you TV is more accurate than newspapers.:)
