I thought I’d get a few replies on this thread. But the excuses people are making for Palin’s poor choice of a hat is kinda funny especially it being in the middle of the night. Hey, I’m sure Reagan also wore a bad hat once.
(I’ve got to go to work, so no more comments from me in case anyone expecting an immediate response. IF there is anything else that this hat might be other than a Castro Hat, please tell me.)

Of course they are. If I dig deep enough in my closets, I will find one just like it along with the granny dress, pea jacket and wire rimmed glasses I wore in 1964.
Get over yourself. If you are a guy making these comments, I would suggest coming out of the closet if you are that fashion conscious. If you are a woman, I would guess bitter jealousy. My wife has a hat similar to that and she looks damn cute in it.
