This smear is not going anywhere.
Why?
Because Asians are exactly the kinds of people who are likely to back Saran Palin. They tend to be very hard working, believe in the American dream, strong families, and tend to be very conservative.
And they're voting Democrat anyway. It won't pay to underestimate the cumulative effect of things like this. Palin is already facing an uphill battle against the media, the Democrats and even the GOP elite - she does not need stupid comments by her family alienating potential voters. She needs to make the Levi Johnston embarrassment go away, and she needs to get her family's collective mouth under control.

Agreed. Her family is her worst enemy.
I didn’t take her father to say what Huffington Post is saying he said (and SP certainly didn’t say it). That headline is slimy rumormongering at its worst.
Actually, the sentence that is attributed to him doesn’t make any sense at all. If it’s accurate, it’s pretty bad coming from a teacher.

Please re-read my post.
Palin literally has an army of dedicated supporters ready to fight to the death for her. She has her Facebook page which is unfiltered and which she controls.
The crap that happened to her in 2008 isn't going to happen again, and you can take that to the bank.

“And they're voting Democrat anyway”
As far Indians for example, tend to vote Republican.
