The reason why I’m getting a top loader instead of a front loader is that I can’t lean over that far and the stands are expensive. I like the ones at the laundromat, though.
It would not be at all difficult to build one of wood or OSB, paint it and you’re good to go! Hubby can do it for me...or there are LOADS of carpenters looking for work now.
