The other pc is an older windows xp 32BIT while this one is a newer vista 64BIT.

I found a XP Pro manual that talks about DNS .

You might see if you can do anything on the Windows XP 32 bit machine...that might be where you need to do something....

I run Linux so may see what I have to do with it to get to OpenDNS.
