You're right. I wouldn't defend a friend's serial adultery and whoremongering. Then again, such a serial whoremonger probably wouldn't be a friend of mine in the first place.

There's a big difference between making a mistake and serially offending with premeditation and deceit. If you cannot tell the difference, I feel sorry for those whose lives you touch.

You don’t defend a friends’ mistakes by standing by him.

I’m pretty sure Jesus Christ doesn’t defend our mistakes but still stands by us ready to forgive us when we fall short...no matter what.

TW screwed up and he’ll pay a price. He deserves to pay a price.
