Sorry, that is one of the cliche statements made by so called non-judgmental people. Everybody has to make judgments every day of life and it is a requirement to ensure survival.
Really hate those people that think that they are non-judgmental! Try actually looking at the decisions you make every minute of your life - all require experience and judgment.
