Given other whistle blower’s accounts, that explanation may account for about half of such things.
It would not account for such things where UFO’s and UFO type critters have been seen involved in such mutilations.
It did give a good explanation for why there are no tracks even in the government black ops cases.
First they abducted and mutilated the dinosaurs until they became extinct, now they’re going after the cattle. If Al Gore were serious, he’d go after the UFO aliens instead of the greenhouse gases. Besides, they probably have the technology to solve those problems as well. But leave the crop circles alone, they beautify the surrounding environment. /s
