Dragon Age is an RPG set in a dark fantasy setting. It’s a world so terrible that even heaven was destroyed by mages. Nothing whatsoever is glorified.
Bioware’s previous game also got undeserved slack for something similar. There was a unisexual species called the Asari which could breed with practically any living thing. This has been mistaken for lesbian sex.
