That is how she gives most of her speeches so it's hard to read her. I was unfortunate enough to have her as governor.

They must know if the Jihadis pull of another 9-11, not only is 0 finished. There won't be another D president for a long time. I'd go so far as to say a large chunk of people would look to Bush for guidance. I think people forget just how lost people were those immediate days after 9-11.
