Maybe because ORIGINALLY she believed they would be married forever, so who cares about the money in the prenup. But with this new information, tiger made it clear that he didn’t love her or their family and cared only about himself, so why shouldn’t she? She does have children to finish raising and that isn’t cheap.
unfortunately money IS important when raising a family.
And maybe she just wants to hit HIM where it hurts...justice.
