You've gone from judging the agendas of all gays to judging my political views. I don't believe I ever defended "sodomy."

You're really something...and here's my "judge not lest ye be judged" opinion of you:

You are ignorant, judgmental and a narrow-minded, clueless know-it-all...all mixed in with a fair amount of false pride...with emphasis on "false."

The same that has always been hurled at people who believe the Bible by people who don’t. We will stand where we stand for the safety of our children, and grandchildren, and nation.

The words “homosexuality” and “gay” are used to cover up wickedness and trick society into a false security around perverts. But they are God’s definitions of things that matter, not man’s terms. The sins of man begin in the heart (Mark 7:20-23; etc.), they are not first influences from the outside; environment, peers, etc.

The Scriptures use the words sodomy, abusers of themselves with mankind, affeminate, etc. These are all choices, and they are choices against the will, order, and holiness of God. They are inclusive of man’s actual worship of the flesh and strength of man (which is also a part of professional body-building and wrestling). Following this in the will, mind, and heart leads eventually to the . . . .

REPROBATE MIND of Romans 1:24-26, in which men are no longer able to think correctly about issues of life, love, truth, error, right, wrong, family, etc.

This is also why pornography is dangerous, and allowing children to choose clothing designs that increasingly display and promote the flesh.

The Scriptures tell of the danger of highlighting, promoting, loving, competing with, etc., etc., etc., the flesh.

Your words tend to suggest that you are really not concerned about what the Bible says. But for any one who does believe the word of God has authority, all that one must do is look through a simple concordance for the words “flesh,” and “body of flesh,” and “body of the sins of the flesh,” and others such expressions, and it will give anyone God’s definitions of things.

“Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor EFFEMINATE, nor ABUSERS OF THEMSELVES WITH MANKIND, . . . “ (1 Corinthians 6:9)

Taken as a whole, it is not hard to see that sexual sins have an affect on the mind something similar to the affect of a chemical drug. We have seen this in thirty years of counseling young people and young adults in the ministry.

Once men begin entertaining the heart and mind sexual sins with other men, it is like that drug with an excellerator. When it is entertained long enough, it will become action. It tends to sear the conscience (1 Timothy 4:2) much easier and faster than men with the opposite sex.

This is why people who are adjudicated to be sexual predators will so be considered to be for the rest of their lives.

Christians (including myself) actually believe that people can be delivered from these sins by the Blood of Jesus Christ; not only delivered from condemnation of the sin, but actually be delivered from the power of it. A sodomite can be delivered from the power of the sin itself, and that one will cease to be a sodomite.

Nevertheless, knowing the power of sin over the flesh, we would stand with civil government, never to remove people who are on “sex offender” lists, once they have been been found guilty.

God has a much more inclusive “sex offender” list than man, because God is much more holy than man. More offends God than offends man. Man loves darkness rather than light because his deeds are evil (John 3:19).

God begins to judge our sins from where they begin in the heart and mind, and He warns us of their affects from that point—He doesn’t begin to warn us from the point where our sin touches another person.

God warns us from the beginning point in the heart and mind asa matter of His mercies, because He knows that once a man begins practicing those sins with the physical flesh, it is like pumping a drug into the veins that addicts man more deeply to those sins.
