Why should her looks having any bearing into whether she is a lesbian? As long as she does not claim society has to approve and encourage her choice or that the Church has to bless her choice I don’t see how it effects me in the least. And there are aging straight women too.
Let her tell me that my priest can not speak out against gay marriage or that a Christian landlord must rent to a lesbian couple, then I’ll care.
