First of all, these stories undoutedly have been circulating before. As noted, one magazine used them as leverage to get cooperation for a cover story.

Personally, I think that unfaithfulness is a cancer that conservatives should take an open stand against. Libertines who go on threads to blow it off as harmless - and who try to denigrate others as simply voyeurs - are way off base and probably should look into becoming full-fledged liberals.

I could not agree more. Whether people want to admit it or not, there' a social cost associated with infidelity. Broken marriages mean broken homes and broken homes put children at risk, of that there can be no argument.

Don't cheat on your wife, it's wrong. And don't look to violence, if you're a man or a woman, when things go poorly in your relationship, especially when there's children in the home. It usually ends poorly for everyone. Conservatives should speak out without fear of being labeled hypocrites. As traditional marriage and values go, so goes the country.
