I’ve got some web-based corporate training I have to catch on.

I’ll be out doing horse and stable chores:

Clean the stalls (shoveling poop is THE operative metaphor for the occasion, eh?)

Empty and swab out heated water buckets. Refill with clean water.

Bring the horses up from the turnout and brush them (they like to roll - in the mud if it’s there).

Put a horse blankie on our Champagne Princess, Gracie. It’s headed for the low teens tonight.

Throw the wife some hay and kiss the horses goodnight. Or something like that.

Or, if you are of the Jewish Faith, prepare your house for Chanukah. Even though I am not Jewish, I LOVE this holiday, as it commemorates the victory over tyranny by a small group of patriots (the Maccabbees).

Tonight will be a wonderful night for all American Patriots to commemorate our Judeo-Christian heritage by honoring our two holidays and ignoring the Lyin’ King.

Cuddle with my 14 year old Border collie who is too old and fat to play frisbee any more.

And then do what every IRISH INDIAN (and probably musician)IS GENETICALLY PREDISPOSED TO DO...
