Yep. The Irish have the same problem that the Military academies, Northwestern, Stanford, and a few other quality schools have:

I don’t believe that I was saying that ND should have their own TV contract... let me see, I’ll re-read it... nope, not a shred of defense of that.

Heck, I’m not even an ND fan, I’m just observing why ND is falling off the pace in recruiting. The kids know that going to ND is going to be tougher than going to OSU, or Florida.
